Pamela Anderson: Plastic Surgery
Pamela Anderson is an American actress, pin-up model, activist and pop culture icon of the nineties. Anderson is most popular to audiences for her role as C.J. Parker on the internationally-popular lifeguard-themed show "Baywatch" (1992-1998). Anderson's cleavage-exposing character would prove to be one of the most popular characters on the show, even eclipsing fellow lead actor David Hasselhoff in popularity. Anderson would gain some notoriety when a sex tape featuring herself and her ex-husband, rocker Tommy Lee, was leaked onto the internet. Anderson would go onto star on another hit show V.I.P. (1997) and also in her own film "Barbed Wire" (1997).

Anderson has been a staunch animal rights activist for over two decades, campaigning for PETA against fur. She is also an avowed vegan.

Anderson has two sons with ex-husband Tommy Lee.

Pamela Anderson: Plastic Surgery

Pamela Anderson is famous for her breast implants. Pamela Anderson shot to fame after appearing in Playboy pictorials in the early 1990s with massive breasts. Anderson later stunned the world by removing her breast implants in 1999 and leaving everyone wondering how Anderson’s fame will be maintained without her implants. Anderson later re-augmented herself in 2004 to her old mega breast proportions, and strutted her stuff topless in Playboy, Stuff, and GQ magazines. In January 2005, Anderson confirmed the earlier rumor that she got new breast implants and explained that the reason that she got a breast augmentation again was because she did not feel like herself without them. Anderson added that the new breast implants were bigger than her old ones.

Anderson has also sparked interest in many women to get breast implants themselves, especially in Australia. In addition, there is a rumor that she may have had a lip augmentation.

More recently, Anderson drew scrutiny for removing her almost 20-year-old barbed wire tattoo with the help of laser treatment.

Pamela Anderson: Laser Tattoo Removal?

It seems that even celebrities have regrets. As Pamela Anderson gets older, she has begun to change her image from sexy blonde bombshell. And apparently that includes getting rid of the barbed wire tattoo on her arm that she was once so proud of. 46 year old Pamela Anderson is currently undergoing laser tattoo removal to get rid of the inking around her left bicep, which she had done in 1995 just before she started filming Barb Wire...

Everyone gets older, even Playboy Playmates. Many choose to use plastic surgery to combat obvious signs of aging, and some age better than others. However, buxom beauty Pamela Anderson claims not to have had any cosmetic surgery procedures on her face, despite evidence to the contrary.

At 42, Pamela Anderson has begun exhibiting signs of aging; due to her rock n roll lifestyle and ample time in the hot sun of Malibu, California. Despite her hard way of living, Pamela claims she is doing nothing to fight the aging process, not even wearing sunscreen.

She is reported to have said, “I have no dermatologist and no cosmetic surgeon. Nothing’s been shot into this face.”

What’s more, is that the blonde beauty says she doesn’t have plans to fight aging in the future either, “I don’t think I’m going to tweak anything. I’m kind of done with it all. I want to see what I look like when I’m old - I’m curious where that’s going to take me.”

Make Me Heal finds it unlikely that someone who so clearly cares about her appearance, wearing copious amounts of make-up doesn’t have something of a skincare routine. Also, as Pamela has been under the knife for several breast augmentation procedures, it is unlikely that getting a few shots of facial fillers would faze her. (See Make Me Heal’s story on Pamela Anderson’s breast implants).

In fact, Make Me Heal thinks that Pamela has likely already had some facial cosmetic procedures, including Botox in her forehead and fillers, like Juvederm in her lips. Pamela Anderson Lip Augmentation.

Whether or not she is telling the truth, Pamela is still looking as hot as ever, so she is clearly doing whatever works best for her.

Did Pamela Anderson Have More Plastic Surgery?

Recently pictures of former Playmate Pamela Anderson surfaced which revealed the actress looking much more refreshed than she has lately. The new pictures led to a tidal wave of bloggers wondering if the former Baywatch babe had more facial plastic surgery?

The 41-year old mother of two is certainly no stranger to plastic surgery, going under the knife multiple times to have her breasts augmented, reduced and augmented again. (See Make Me Heal’s story on Pamela Anderson’s breast implants.).

Although Pamela seems to have finally settled on an implant size (at least for now), it seems as though she is trying to find the perfect size for her lips.

Last year, many began to notice that while Pamela looked older and more haggled, her lips looked larger than life, indicating the use of an injectable filler, like Juvederm, as Dr. Anthony Youn noted on his blog.

Make Me Heal also noticed her lip fluctuations, as did some other plastic surgery experts.

“Pamela Anderson is infamous for her breast augmentation. Not one but a couple– first to augment, then to reduce, and back to increase her bust size. She may also have had Juvederm or another filler to plump her lips,” says plastic surgeon Dr. Jennifer Walden.

While Pamela clearly did something to her face, it seems to have settled in and finally begun to look good.

Manhattan plastic surgeon Dr. David Shafer says, “Pamela Anderson is obviously no stranger to plastic surgery. In comparing her most recent photos to those from one year previously she looks much better. Her skin has improved color, she is wearing much less makeup and she appears well-rested. Her lips have calmed down and look much softer. Whatever she did between since last year really made a nice improvement.”

But the new change in her appearance seems to be due to a less harsh make-up application than to any drastic surgeries.

Dr. Paul S. Nassif, a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and Rhinoplasty Specialist in Beverly Hills, Calif., says, “Pamela doesn’t look like she has had any facial plastic surgery recently, she is just wearing better make-up. She looks good.“

Pamela Anderson looks fantastic for anyone, especially someone her age. Make Me Heal hopes Pamela continues with her new make-up techniques that seem to have such a positive effect on her appearance.

Pamela Anderson Sparks Mega Breast Implant Craze In Australia

The bodacious Pamela Anderson who appeared in the film Borat has sparked a trend among Australian women to get massive breasts like the actress, according to local plastic surgery practices. This trend has led to Australian plastic surgeons needing to import mega-size 1000ml implants from the only available country for such sized implants, the United States (and we thought the US does not export anything anymore). The average implant size for Coast surgery, an Australia based plastic surgery practice, has increased from 280ml to 375ml in the last five years. Moreover, models already accessorized with 400ml implants have been looking to double their size."In the last four to six months I've noticed a rapid increase in size. The trend for women having breast augmentation is to go large. Our patients believe bigger is better," says Pamela Noon from the International Surgery Group.Among the factors leading to the surge in mega size breast implants in Australia is the fact that many patients following surgery regretted not having chosen a bigger size. For this reason, Noon caution patients about rethinking their size so they do not have regrets later. "We're now encouraging them to think very carefully about their size." The second factor leading patients to choose mega-size implants is due to society’s acceptance and shifting aesthetic tastes where women find Pamela Anderson’s breasts attractive (most men would not argue with that), as opposed to being “freak” like. Pamela Anderson shot to fame after appearing in Playboy pictorials in the early 1990s with massive breasts. Anderson later stunned the world by removing her breast implants in 1999 and leaving everyone wondering how Anderson’s fame will be maintained without her implants. Anderson later re-augmented herself in 2005 to her old mega breast proportions, and strutted her stuff topless in Playboy, Stuff, and GQ magazines.

It was only a matter of time before Pamela Anderson's breasts would become the status quo for society, with women (and men alike) viewing them as something normal. To Pamela Anderson's credit, she is a boon for the United States Economy by boosting the number of exports of massive 1000ml implants to other countries such as Australia.
