31-year old actress Sarah Michelle Gellar looks as if the only thing that has changed since her days on television’s Buffy the Vampire Slayer is her nose. It no longer has an asymmetrical bulge at the end and is instead much rounder and pleasing to the eye. Plastic surgeon Dr. John Di Saia agrees, saying that the actress looks as if she has had a rhinoplasty since the earlier picture.
