Alba's breasts seem to have gone from a B to a C cup causing some to wonder if she may have had [[breast augmentation]] but it is also likely that it was due to her recent pregnancy.  Photos of Alba, a month after giving birth, reveal that she has slimmed down but she has not returned to her pre-pregnancy figure so it is likely that Alba has lost the baby weight on her own and hasn't turned to liposuction for help.

Less than a month after giving birth to Honor Marie Warren, Jessica Alba’s back on the streets looking like she’s well on her way to regaining her former, pre-pregnancy svelte curves. But it doesn’t look like the popular young actress had a plastic surgery mommie makeover to shed the pounds — or at least not yet.

During her pregnancy, Jessica was frequently seen going to the gym, which would help her body return to its old shape more quickly after giving birth. Although a lot of the weight seems to have melted off in the last few weeks, Jessica’s body doesn’t look exactly the same as it did before the baby, indicating that The Love Guru star is losing the baby-weight on her own, instead of resorting to a quickie solution like liposuction or tummy tuck which some other famous mothers have done to get rid of the pounds quickly.

Make Me Heal had previously examined the rumor that Jessica had a breast augmentation to make her cup size go from B to C. (See Make Me Heal’s story on Jessica Alba’s Breast Augmentation). However, she was pregnant at the time and now that the new mother is likely breastfeeding, her breasts appear even larger. For now, the breast implant rumor remains unconfirmed.

If Jessica finds that she has any extra pockets of fat that won’t go away with exercise, she may want to consider laser-assisted liposuction procedures like SmartLipo, CoolLipo, or Liposonix. She may also consider the controversial Lipodissolve procedure, in which chemicals are injected to melt away fat, or Mesotherapy, similar to Lipodissolve, which uses small needles and amino acids, medications, and holistic compounds to dissolve fat. Thermage, which is often used on the face, can also be used to help tighten loose skin on the body.

Jessica looks great for just having had a baby and we applaud her weight-loss efforts, no matter what they end up being.

Becoming a mother may not be the only change Jessica Alba’s body has gone through recently. From her early days as television’s Dark Angel to her recent walk down the Oscar’s red carpet on Sunday, Jessica Alba’s breasts may have been augmented with plastic surgery, not impending motherhood.

As Alba’s popularity has grown from sci-fi heroine to movie star, her body has slimmed down, but her breasts have not. Make Me Heal consulted plastic surgeon Dr. John Di Saia about the possibility of a breast augmentation, who has also noted the change in the beauty’s body.

“Her [Jessica Alba] newer images seem very suggestive of small implants. Just a few years ago she seemed to have next to nothing breast-wise,” says Dr. Di Saia. In any case, if breast implants are in the mix, the enhancements are well done and small enough to suit the small frame of the actress. It appears that Jessica has augmented from small B cup breasts to a medium C breast size.

On the other hand, Jessica Alba’s breasts, though noticeably perky, could also be due to a flattering wardrobe of push-up bras and inserts as opposed to plastic surgery. Or maybe, she was fortunate enough to lose weight everywhere but her breasts, making her chest appear fuller than before. And of course pregnancy always helps enhance the chest region as well.

Whether or not Jessica Alba has undergone breast augmentation, Make Me Heal wishes the Oscar presenter well on her impending journey of motherhood.
